Late January: The northwestern Atlanta suburb of Marietta decides to evict all the homeless.

Early February: Four homeless folks, three in northwest Atlanta, are found dead of exposure.

I was out of town at the time, so I missed this tidbit.

This is where I grew up. Now you know why I was so fucking desperate to get out, I left the day after my high school graduation.

Would it do any good to post this in one of the atlanta LJ communities. I suspect you would get a barrage of hateful comments but I somehow feel more people should read this.
